The system

Innovative technology demands for new directions. Therefore, together with our cooperation partner Grafix, we at IfG have introduced to the glass industry the powder spraying of glass plates and car windscreens by means of nozzle systems. Since 1996 we have put this method into action with an exemplary story of success. Since that time, more than 500 systems have been installed world-wide and to our customers satisfaction.

The functional principle

Ingeniously simple - simply ingenious. The powder is prepared in a dosage device and conveyed to the nozzle pipe through powder hoses. Here, the respective separating powder is applied to the glass by means of carrier air. In this way, the powder is evenly distributed and develops an excellent adhesion on the glass. The powder quantity may be automatically adjusted to the line speed as well as to the glass width.
